As the former CEO of Total NutriCare LLC, Mohsen Motamedian used his expertise to promote healthy and holistic lifestyles to the organization's clients. In this role, Mohsen “Max” Motamedian focused on providing a range of holistic therapies and supplements to consumers. Some of the supplements offered at Total NutriCare contain powerful botanical ingredients. Two of the most commonly used and effective botanicals are milk thistle and ginseng. Milk thistle contains powerful antioxidants called flavonolignans that support and protect the liver and treat disorders of the bile duct and spleen. This herb is prescribed as a medication in Europe, and is beneficial for treating an array of conditions such as acute viral hepatitis, alcohol- and drug-induced liver damage, mushroom poisoning, alcoholic cirrhosis, and more. There are almost a dozen different species of ginseng plants within the Panax genus, including Asian, Siberian, and Brazilian types of this botanical. Ginseng acts as a powerful tonic, and is typically used to boost energy, immunity, and physical and mental performance. It is also known for reducing inflammation, slowing the aging process, easing menstrual pain, stimulating hair growth, and lowering stress. Mohsen “Max” Motamedian formerly served as the CEO of the Irvine, California-based Total NutriCare, LLC, where he guided the company in its mission of providing a holistic approach to health care. Mohsen Motamedian also supports charitable organizations such as the Autism Society. Through advocacy, education, information, and support, the Autism Society endeavors to improve the lives of everyone affected by autism. In connection, the nonprofit will be holding its national convention on July 9-11, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency in Bethesda, Maryland. The theme of the affair is Discover the Difference: We See Things Differently. The conference keynote speaker is Gwendolyn Harshaw. Her son Zayne, a person with autism, is a self-taught guitarist and a member of the Blue Spectrum band. He will have a special performance at the conference. Aside from the various sessions, a whole day trip to Capitol Hill is scheduled on July 11. This visit includes breakfast with members of Congress and staff. An experienced sales professional and business manager, Mohsen Motamedian served for years as the manager of Total Nutricare in Irvine, California. Currently, Mohsen "Max" Motamedian manages the purchasing and sales division of PcBase USA, an information technology and computer solutions firm in Newport Coast, California. PcBase USA offers an array of consulting services that provide clients with technical support, server installation, and networking solutions. A network allows devices such as computers, mobile phones, and other devices to communicate with one another and the internet. Generally, a network has switches, routers, and wireless access points to connect different devices. When creating a wireless network, people can choose any one of the below types of deployment: Cisco Mobility Express – specifically configured with Cisco best practices, providing easy and high-performance wireless connection suitable for small or medium-sized operations. Centralized Deployment - wireless equipment and controllers are installed in a central location. This is typically used in campus buildings where networks are in close proximity, providing easy access to as many devices as possible. Converged Deployment - one network device manages wireless and wired connections by acting as a switch and a wireless controller. Cloud-Based Deployment - network devices at different locations are managed through the cloud, which refers to software and services operated over the internet. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, Mohsen "Max" Motamedian managed the sales and distribution of Total Nutricare in Irvine for more than a decade before he moved on to work as a manager of purchasing and sales at Pcbase USA in Newport Coast, California. Outside of his professional work, Mohsen Motamedian enjoys outdoor activities such as traveling, skiing, and hiking. The American Hiking Society, which works to ensure every American has access to hiking trails, recommends several essentials that are important for short and long hikes alike. In addition to appropriate footwear such as trail shoes, the society suggests wearing sunscreen, sunglasses, and rain gear to protect against nature’s harsh elements. The society also encouraged hikers to carry a GPS navigation device as well as a map and compass for backup. Extra food and water are also important, as well as equipment to purify water. In terms of safety equipment, the society suggests a multipurpose tool, first aid kit, a light, and a whistle in case help is needed. Finally, a backpack designed for hiking makes it easy to carry gear and other essentials. Mohsen “Max” Motamedian, CEO of Total Nutricare, works with company coleader Dr. Layla Sade as she develops customized nutrition plans for clients. Mohsen Motamedian supports Dr. Sade in her efforts to help clients eliminate processed dietary sugars and thus stabilize blood sugar levels.
Processed sugar is in many staples of the contemporary diet. It appears not only in desserts and other sweets, but also in such savory standards such as pasta sauce and prepared soups. Much of the danger inherent in this added sugar lies in its high concentrations of fructose, which undergoes the majority of its processing in the liver. The liver's action on fructose generates uric acid and fatty acids that, in time, can put a person at risk for such serious illnesses as hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. Eliminating or reducing sugar levels in the diet can dramatically lower an individual's risk of these conditions in the long term. In the short term, a significant reduction in dietary sugar can lead to weight loss and clearer skin. Those who have quit sugar also have experienced a noticeable increase in energy levels, both mental and physical, as well as less anxiety and improved mental acuity. Mohsen “Max” Motamedian, CEO of Total NutriCare, oversees the company's design and delivery of nutritional support programs. Mohsen Motamedian leads Total NutriCare staff as they develop weight loss and disease prevention programs, which incorporate food allergy testing.
Food allergies can affect a variety of the body's systems. They can cause gastrointestinal disturbances as well as skin reactions and even the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Allergies also range in severity from the slightly uncomfortable to the life threatening. Some individuals with food allergies may experience stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. Others may present with cold-like nasal symptoms or skin disturbances, the latter of which tends to be more common in children. The most severe reactions may cause anaphylaxis, which occurs when an allergen binds to a particular antibody and causes the release of histamines. This, in turn, causes swelling, itching of the face, and trouble breathing or swallowing. If left untreated, the reaction can ultimately progress to cardiac arrhythmias and dangerous drops in blood pressure. The continued progression of anaphylaxis may be fatal. Mohsen “Max” Motamedian, the CEO of Total Nutricare, oversees the company's nutritional and diet support programs. Mohsen Motamedian provides leadership that enables Total Nutricare to offer clients a customized medical detoxification program.
The human body has a natural ability to get rid of toxins. The kidneys, liver, and intestines together function to remove harmful chemicals, biochemical waste, and other substances, but they need nutritional support. Fiber, for example, helps food to move smoothly through the digestive system while promoting regular elimination of waste. Cruciferous vegetables and brown rice both provide high levels of fiber and also beneficial B vitamins, which promote healthy metabolism. Yogurt contributes to healthy digestion and detoxification, as it keeps blood sugar stable while introducing probiotics that help the body break down and process food. Fruits and fruit juices help to cleanse the system as well. Oranges and other fruits high in vitamin C enable the liver to produce enough glutathione, a necessary detoxifier, and juices contain the water that the body needs to flush itself of harmful substances. Finally, regular hydration is essential to effective natural detoxification, as is sufficient rest and the avoidance of fatty or processed foods. Former Total NutriCare CEO Mohsen “Max” Motamedian graduated from the California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor of science in engineering and biomedics. Biomedical professionals like Mohsen Motamedian keep abreast of new discoveries in the field, such as recent studies revealing that avocados may contain cancer-fighting properties.
New research from bioengineering professionals at the University of Waterloo in Canada reveals that avocados contain properties that may effectively treat active myeloid leukemia (AML), a devastating form of cancer. AML leads to fatal health complications for 90 percent of seniors over the age of 65 and death may occur within five years of diagnosis. The cancer-fighting properties of avocados are found in the form of lipids, hydrocarbon-containing molecules that include most non-protein-based cell membranes. Named avocatin B, these lipids help treat AML by targeting the leukemia stem cells that cause the disease. Further, rounds of testing performed by Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy demonstrated that the lipids targeted stem cells selectively and left unhealthy cells unharmed. In light of the new discovery, the research team formed a partnership with the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine. Together, they plan to file a patent application for use of avocatin B to treat AML. Due to the limited availability of treatments that selectively target leukemia stem cells, the team considers the discovery an enormous leap forward in cancer research. Although the drug still requires approval for use in oncology clinics, the Waterloo team is preparing the drug for its first round of Phase I clinical trials. Attendees may also participate in interactive training tracks for individuals in the fields of aesthetic dermatology and plastic surgery. Furthermore, the conference now offers two sessions with Continuing Medical Education (CME) accreditation. For exhibitors, the ICAAM conference offers a chance to connect with industry professionals worldwide and showcase their company’s products and services to potential buyers and distributors. During its 2014 conference, ICAAM’s exhibition hall consisted of 30 local and international companies who displayed their products and services to more than 1,200 professionals in the medical aesthetics industry. Statistics show that between 1971 and 2006, use of dietary supplements increased 23 percent among adults 50 years of age and younger, while use jumped 40 percent among adults over 50. A survey of supplement users in 2011 reported that improvement of overall health stands out as the most common reason for taking supplements, while maintenance of current health comes in a close second. Among specific targets for improvement, bone health stood out as the most popular reason for supplement intake. Women are more than three times as likely as men to take a bone health supplement. Men tend to express more of an interest in supplements for heart health, while women seek products that improve sleep, blood iron levels, and skin and hair health. They are also more likely to take iron, probiotics, and B vitamins, although men tend to take more vitamin C, minerals, and amino acids. Probiotics and digestive enzymes as well as B vitamins and CoQ10 have experienced the greatest increase in popularity as of a 2013 survey, while calcium and multivitamins are becoming less popular. |
